This call is for ArtCall.org portfolio artists. As such the entry process is slightly different than regular calls. It's a two step process as follows:
Step 1: Add Artworks To Your Portfolio Site
You'll first need to have some artworks added to your portfolio site. If you already have artworks on your portfolio site, skip to step 2.
Once you've added a few artworks to your portfolio site you can then come back to this call website and enter those artworks into the show.
Login to the call website via the upper right 'Login' menu
On the user dashboard page choose the 'Add New Submission' button
Search for your portfolio artworks by their title in the portfolio menu drop down
Select the artwork you want to enter which will pre-populate the submission fields and submission images
Then add any additional details that are required and enter the submission
Additional Information
After the jurying process is completed, all entrants will be notified of the jury results. Following the jury results a public web gallery will be published along with all of the participating artists on the call.
Awards & Voting
There is roughly a 1-2 weeks period where the web gallery is open for award voting for 2 special awards in addition to any internal judged awards as follows:
Public Voting: anybody (public) can vote on their favorite entry. We encourage artists to share their submission on social media so folks can vote and many people can enjoy the open gallery submissions
Artists Voting: artists only (entrants) can vote on their favorite entry (excluding their own submission).
Award Announcements
Following the voting we'll publish the award winners alongside the full gallery and do a press releases for the call
We'll feature the award winners & show entrants on the call gallery as well as a dedicated press announcement on our main ArtCall.org website
We'll release the show and winners on our social media platforms
Winners will be contacted directly to receive their cash award
